Meet Shijin George

Physical therapist. Strength enthusiast. Storyteller.

A personal journey.
A practical purpose.

ā€œFor the ones who earnestly desire just to be content with who you are, this is for you. I pray my story can serve as a small reminder that you are not a slave to your body, but your body is a slave to you. Take back what is yours.ā€

01 / Where it started

My interest in exercise started with my own struggle to feel comfortable in my body. Growing up, I knew little about training. The gym helped me build confidence, discover what I was capable of, and develop a lasting interest in how the body moves.

That experience is why I care about making fitness approachable. You deserve a plan you understand and goals that mean something to you.

02 / Education & experience

I earned my Bachelor of Health Science at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and my Doctor of Physical Therapy at Touro University in 2024.

My clinical training included HSS Paramus, JAG Physical Therapy, CORA, and EXOS Sports Clinic in Frisco, Texas. These experiences shaped how I connect movement, exercise, and individual goals.

After practicing at SportsCare in New Jersey, I moved to the Dallas area for a travel physical therapy assignment with Baylor Scott & White Rehab.

03 / Beyond the clinic

Consistency, curiosity, and purposeful practice guide my approach. I’m interested in the whole person: your goals, training experience, schedule, and the activities you want to enjoy.

My own interests in basketball, strength training, faith, and community continue to shape how I work and connect with others.

04 / The mission

Make useful movement and training education easier to access, and help athletes, weekend warriors, and everyday people take purposeful steps toward their goals.

This website brings together my professional journey, free learning resources, and one-on-one coaching inquiries. My media work adds another way to share stories and make ideas easier to understand.
